THE LICENSEE IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM REGISTERING THE LOOP AND/OR NEW SONG WITH ANY CONTENT IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM (for example TuneCore or CDBaby, and any other provider of user-generated content identification services), i.e. you can normally release a track on Spotify e.g. via distrokid, but you can't register it in content id system. 
If you do not adhere to this policy, you are in violation of the terms of this License and your license to use the Loop and/or New Song may be revoked without notice or compensation to you. 
Also you cannot electronically transfer the sound samples or place them in a time sharing or service bureau operation or a computer/sampler network. 

*concerns the sale of exclusive rights to a record company, label or an artist and / or an artist whose ONE publicly released song on any platform (solo or feat.) has exceeded 300,000 plays during the last 6 months.
